Liquid Architecture proudly presented the 2025 Safe in Sound Festival, curated by SIS Artistic Director Robbie Avenaim.

Across two afternoons at Brunswick Mechanics Institute, artists living with disability, children, families and established experimental musicians shared the stage — including The Out Hear Collective, Fred Leone, Jim Denley, Carolyn Connors, Karina Utomo, Allanah Stewart, Brendan Walls, Mathew Larsen and many more.

Safe in Sound is funded by Creative Australia and generously supported and hosted by Jolt Arts, Next Wave at the Brunswick Mechanics Institute, and Out Hear. Special thanks to all the artists’ families, carers and supporters for making this possible.
